Product DescriptionHT305 zinc oxide desulfurizer is a kind of new desulfurizer with strong adaptability. It is suitable for the removal of hydrogen sulfide from naphtha, natural gas, synthesis gas, shifted gas and other feed gas (oil). It is used for the fine desulfurization equipment in the industries such as synthesis ammonia, hydrogen production and petroleum refining. Due to high content of zinc oxide and appropriate physical performance, it can be used within large temperature scope (200-400ºC), and it can keep good activity and sulfur capacity and be resistant to higher water vapor. The content of hydrogen sulfide of each feed gas (oil) after HT305 fine desulfurization treatment can be reduced to 0.1 ppm.HT306 zinc oxide desulfurizer is a kind of desulfurizer with strong adaptability. Because of the special additive, it has improved the mechanical strength and the capacity of absorbing reactive organic sulfur, and the product performance has reached to the level of the imported G72-D zinc oxide desulfurizer. HT306 zinc oxide desulfurizer is applicable to the fine desulfurization of raw materials such as naphtha, natural gas, cracked gas, synthesis gas and shifted gas. The temperature range is wide (120-450ºC), and the sulfur capacity is high. The content of hydrogen sulfide of each feed gas (oil) treated by HT306 can be reduced to below 0.1 ppm
HT307 zinc oxide desulfurizer is a kind of efficient purification agent which removes the sulfide in various gas and liquid raw materials at normal temperature or low temperature (100-150ºC). After being treated by HT307, the sulfur content in raw materials can be reduced from 1-10 ppm to below 0.1 ppm. If ppm-level micro water content is contained in gas and liquid raw materials, it can promote the above purification process.
If the content of COS and other organic sulfur in the raw materials is high, HT503 COS hydrolyst can be connected in series in front of T307 to ensure the purification degree of the bed outlet to below 0.1 ppm.
